BUILDING FOUNDATIONS FOR SUCCESS
Elite athletic development and load management for independant institutions and aspiring athletes.
Archie McEachran
Head Coach & Founder
Having operated within the physical performance departments of elite professional environments, I realised a significant gap existed in the private and amateur sectors. Ambitious athletes and independent school programmes were relying on generic programming and guesswork instead of applied sports science.
AMPERFORMANCEUK was founded to bring professional-grade infrastructure to the athletes and institutions who cannot afford to leave their physical preparation to chance.
We prioritise structural resilience before maximal intensity, and clinical load management over randomised fatigue. The objective is not a short-term peak. The objective is Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) building sustainable physical infrastructure that allows you to perform on the pitch at your highest level, season after season.

“Before working with Archie, I had a solid training base but lacked structure and sport-specific focus in my S&C. He helped me rebuild resilience after injury by integrating rehab and performance work into a programme that supported my return to play. He’s also been excellent at managing training load to make sure I’m recovering properly between sessions. The balance between pushing performance and managing load has been really valuable.”
